Hello everyone,

the QueBec is designed to detect this Hotplug signal on HDMI. Where the QueBec II detects the signal on pin 18, the QueBec III detects on the return signal on pin 19. Both detection methods work and both can detect a HDMI signal

The issue with QueBec III
We have experienced that some displays do not send back the Hotplug on pin 19, unless it is powered up and the source has been selected. In this case the QueBec III will never get a Hotplug signal on pin 19, and never power on the display. Only the QueBec II will work in this setup, as it detects the +5v signal from the source.

It is a hardware issue in QueBec III and Neets is modifying this error on all QueBec III they have on stock and future production. New ones will be aviable end of july 2015.
